1) The Standard PR Package – Pay Monthly / 12 Month Arrangement. This package is normally taken up as a ‘starter package’ for companies that are new to PR or smaller companies that don't have regular news stories to publicise. This package offers outstanding value for money. We will arrange a mutually convenient time to meet; discuss and identify PR opportunities with you for media coverage. Our professional copywriter will then draft a press release, email this to you for your approval, and send this to a specialist list of media that you pre-select. What is included: A total of up 12 press releases produced over a 12 month period. Includes meeting at your premises, draft press release for your approval, amends to press release if required, final preparation, collation and distribution by electronic means to up to 30 journals (per release). Submission to the press cutting agency (if taken up at extra cost), and email jpg press cuttings that appear in journals sent to you on a regular basis. 2) Extended PR Package – Annual Package This package is normally taken up after the Starter Package, where a higher number of press releases and articles are required and additional coverage is desired. The package is the same as 1) above, but includes for up to 30 press releases within a 12 month period. This can include other PR & copywriting work including features, sales letters, company announcements, crisis management letters and more. What is included: A total of up 30 press releases or articles (two-three per month) produced over a 12 month period. Includes meeting at client’s premises, draft press release for your approval, amends to press release if required, final preparation, collation and distribution by electronic means to up to 30 journals (per release). Submission to the press cutting agency (if service is taken up at extra cost), and email jpg press cuttings that appear in journals sent to you on a regular basis. The agreement runs on after the initial 12 month period and is terminated by a three month written notice by either party.
